Gateway Point is a 68-unit waterfront condominium community located in Punta Gorda Isles in Punta Gorda Florida.  The community sits on a canal one bridge from Charlotte Harbor on the Peace River and has water access to the Gulf of Mexico.  Units have a garden or water view.  Most units include a deeded boat dock.  This is a close knit community within walking distance to Fisherman's Village, the Military Heritage Museum, the Visual Arts Center, the town Harbor Walk and Downtown Punta Gorda.  In addition, there are multiple biking and walking trails nearby.
