Gateway Point is a 68 Unit Complex located in Punta Gorda, FL on a canal off of Charlotte Harbour, Peace River and has water access to the Gulf of Mexico. Units have a garden or water view. Most units include a deeded boat dock. Close knit community within walking distance to Fisherman's Village, Military Heritage Museum, Visual Arts Center, Harbour Walk and Downtown Punta Gorda.
